FAQ

Frequently Asked

+ What Is The Sign Up Process

Upon clicking Sign Up, You will be taken to a payment page (our secure provider Stripe).

Here, you will complete the initial payment and be asked some simple questions, such as your church name and address.

Following this within 24 working hours we will be in touch with you to discuss your requirements, and what features you would like on your new website.

If you have any questions please do contact us.

+ How Long Do Website Builds Take?

Typically, if we are supplied with all of the information we require (images and text), a new church website will take less than 4 weeks.

If we are copying your old website into a new template, this is often much quicker.

+ Can I Update The Website Content?

Our Church Websites are set up using a CMS called WordPress to allow you to update the content quickly and easily.

We will supply simple documentation to remind you how to do this, and also give you training either in-person (where possible) or online.

If you ever struggle we can always help for a small additional charge – just email us to discuss this.

+ Do I Need To Apply?

No.

The only eligibility criteria is that you operate a Christian Church in the UK or that your church is part of the Anglican Communion.

If you meet this criteria, you can hit subscribe about and we will be happy to move forward.

If you don’t meet this criteria but would like to work with us, hit get in touch to discuss options with us first.
